By clicking the “I agree to the 4Logix Terms of Service” button at the 4Logix product subscription webpage you accept and agree that your use of the software services provided is subject to the 4Logix End User License Terms.
The most important elements of these terms are:
All Licenses
- The agreement starts at the date you have received your login details.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to access and use the software services.
- 4Logix will endeavour to have the software services available without interruption and without errors.
Evaluation Licenses only
- The agreement terminates automatically after 30 days.
Commercial Licenses only
- The agreement is valid for an undetermined period.
- You can terminate the agreement at any time, with a notice of 1 month.
- You will receive monthly invoices.
